Ion Exchange Chromatography Media
Knowledge & Benefit Tech’s ion exchange chromatography media were prepared by monodisperse, highly crosslinked polyacrylate microspheres. Compared to the traditional agarose based ion exchange chromatography media, Knowledge & Benefit Tech’s ion exchange chromatography media have higher mechanical stability and low back pressure. The porous hydrophilic ion exchange media are produced by first forming a hydrophilic layer on the microspheres. Then, ion exchange functional groups are attached onto the hydrophilic layer. Knowledge & Benefit Tech’s ion exchange chromatography media are ideal for laboratory and process scale purification of proteins, peptides, nucleic acids, antibiotics, and low molecular weight pharmaceuticals.
