As an organic material, these microspheres feature excellent compatibility with coating systems. They disperse effortlessly, resist sedimentation, and enhance coating transparency. Their spherical shape delivers an ultra-fine smooth surface finish and drastically improves scratch resistance, upgrading the overall grade of finished products. When incorporated into coatings, the microspheres create micro uneven textures on the film surface. These microstructures scatter incident light to achieve a matte finish. Compared with inorganic powder fillers, organic PMMA microspheres boast superior adhesion to coating matrices, provide softer tactile feel, and form uniform topcoats.
