| KBsphere Tech. has independently developed an innovative preparation technology for silica magnetic beads, which enables effective control over the particle size and magnetic content of the products. The KBsphere silica magnetic bead series is specially designed for nucleic acid extraction and purification. With a superparamagnetic core and a silica shell, the beads are modified with abundant silanol groups on the surface. The silanol groups on the bead surface can specifically bind to nucleic acids in solution through hydrogen bonds and electrostatic interactions, enabling rapid nucleic acid separation directly from complex biological systems. The KBsphere silica magnetic bead series can be applied to extract genomic DNA, plasmid DNA and viral DNA from whole blood, tissues, plants and microorganisms.
