| KBsphere® HLB Magnetic Beads combine the features of magnetic separation and solid-phase extraction (SPE), leveraging the advantages of magnetic microspheres for automated, high-throughput sample pretreatment while retaining the ability of SPE to efficiently extract and enrich target analytes from complex mixtures.
The HLB Magnetic Beads of Kbsphere Tech. are hydrophilic-lipophilic balanced SPE magnetic microspheres. The microsphere matrix is a porous copolymer of styrene and vinylpyrrolidone, with magnetic nanoparticles uniformly distributed inside. Due to their unique properties, these beads can efficiently extract and enrich medium- and low-polarity target substances from a variety of complex samples, including clinical specimens, food and agricultural products, forensic samples, environmental samples, and cosmetics. These substances cover common small-molecule targets such as endogenous hormones, clinical pharmaceuticals, pesticides, veterinary drugs, oligopeptides, and drugs of abuse, and can be accurately quantified using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS).
