| KBsphere® SH Thiol Magnetic Beads feature a superparamagnetic Fe₃O₄ core modified with thiol functional groups on the surface. They exhibit high magnetic content and excellent monodispersity. Abundant thiol groups can covalently bind biological ligands such as proteins and nucleic acids onto the bead surface under specific reagent conditions, enabling rapid separation and enrichment of target analytes from samples.
