Protocol
Wash an appropriate amount of magnetic beads several times with pH 8.0 buffer.
Disperse the target biomolecule in pH 8.0 buffer, then resuspend the beads in this solution. Conjugate at 25 ℃ for 3 hours or at 4 ℃ overnight.
After conjugation, separate the beads magnetically and discard the supernatant. Resuspend the beads in buffer containing 1% BSA, then incubate at 25 ℃ for 1 hour to block unreacted NHS groups.
After blocking, separate the beads magnetically and discard the supernatant. Wash the beads three times with 20 mM PBS buffer (pH 7.4), resuspend, and store at 4 ℃ until use. If needed, add 0.02% sodium azide to inhibit bacterial growth.
