KBsphere® GHb glycated hemoglobin chromatographic stationary phase supports operation over a wide pH range of 2–12. Every batch is subjected to stringent testing to ensure consistent quality.

Column Operation

   New KBsphere® GHb glycated hemoglobin columns are preserved in 50 mM phosphate buffer (pH 6.0). After receiving the column, flush it with this buffer at a low flow rate for 15–20 column volumes to achieve full wetting of the stationary phase. Subsequently, equilibrate the column with your preferred mobile phase until the baseline is stable.

Column Maintenance

1. The KBsphere® GHb glycated hemoglobin column is compatible with a broad pH range of 2–12. Do not employ extreme pH conditions (pH < 2 or pH > 12), as this will shorten column service life.

2. After each run, flush the column with 50 mM phosphate buffer (pH 6.0) until the baseline stabilizes.
